Pitzi, a smartphone and electronics protection company in Brazil, has just launched a digital training platform for sellers and commercial teams of its partners – retail networks, operators, and cell phone manufacturers. Available since June 10, the solution aims to qualify 10 thousand professionals in two years and boost sales by 10% in physical stores.
Developed with a focus on practicality, the platform offers knowledge paths on Pitzi products, sales and management techniques, all in a gamified format. One of the main differentials is immediate accessibility, as users can start using the content without any prior training or onboarding process.
“The platform was created to turn sellers into cellphone protection specialists, with content available at any time and focused on practical results,” explains Tatiany Martins, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and CX at Pitzi. The tool integrates with the ecosystem of solutions that the company already offers for free to partners, such as the Pitzi Ninja app for engagement in sales points.
Pitzi plans constant improvements to the platform, including the implementation of artificial intelligence for personalizing the learning experience. The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to the professional development of partners who work directly with end consumers, combining qualified training with commercial results growth.
