Pipedrive launches ‘Pulse’ prospecting kit and simplified plans to help companies focus, prioritize, and grow

A Pipedrive, an easy and effective sales CRM for small businesses, launched Pipedrive Pulse today, a smart set of prospecting tools that helps sales teams focus on the most suitable leads and take control of the sales funnel. The company also introduced simplified plans aligned with how customers sell, scale, and succeed. Additionally, it revealed two powerful enhancements, Team Inbox and branching automations, designed to increase team productivity and streamline communication in a collaborative workspace.

In different tools, regions, and company sizes, prospecting remains one of the main challenges for sales professionals. According to a Pipedrive survey, approximately 60% of CRM users struggle with pre-sales activities, especially lead qualification and nurturing. Sales teams in small businesses are often lean, with representatives handling various roles and dozens of active leads and deals at any given time, making qualification and prioritization not just useful but essential. Pulse is Pipedrive’s answer to this challenge, bringing lead enrichment, scoring, and nurturing, along with an intelligent sales feed, all in one place to help teams focus on what matters most.

With Pulse, users can fill in missing lead data to increase qualification and reach, score leads based on what’s most important to their businesses, automate nurturing with email sequences and personalized reminders, and instantly identify high-priority opportunities using a customized sales feed.

Pipedrive is also launching two powerful enhancements to increase team productivity: Team Inbox and Branching Automations. The Team Inbox centralizes email communication in a collaborative workspace, allowing multiple users to access, manage, and respond to customer messages efficiently, all without leaving the Pipedrive CRM. Branching Automations enable users to create smarter workflows based on specific conditions, following different paths according to certain criteria. This helps teams automate follow-ups, personalize customer journeys, and work more efficiently at scale.

New plans that reflect real customer needs

Together with Pulse, Pipedrive is also launching a revamped set of pricing plans that are more intuitive, better aligned with business growth stages, and packed with added value for customers:

  • The Lite is the new starting point, helping teams organize their sales in a simple and intuitive workspace with essential tools like lead and deal management, AI-generated sales reports, and the new real-time Pulse sales feed;
  • The Growth reduces manual work and creates momentum through email automation, forecasting tools, and incentive sequences, so salespeople can focus more on closing deals than on hunting for tasks;
  • The Premium adds power and precision to the entire sales cycle with features like lead generation, custom deal scoring, data enrichment, contracts, and e-signatures;
  • The Ultimate offers the full strength of Pipedrive’s CRM, giving advanced teams access to enriched data, account-level security, expanded usage limits, and a sandbox environment to test and optimize performance across all markets.

For many existing customers, switching to the new most suitable plan means more features for the same cost. The Pulse Feed, the main feature of the new Pulse toolkit, will be available to all Pipedrive users, regardless of the plan. More advanced tools, such as custom scoring and data enrichment, will be included starting from the Premium plan.
