Established in the marketing and conversational commerce market, with over 42 million sales conversations recorded on its platform alone in 2024, OmniChat launches Whizz, a solution that allows companies to create their own autonomous AI sales agents, with quick and simple implementation, without the need for programming and development. The launch follows the startup raising 50 million reais in a round led by Quartzo Capital and Altitude Ventures, with follow-on investments from Honey Island and Kaszek Ventures, who had invested in the company in previous rounds.
The startup, already positioned as a leader in chat-commerce in Brazil and an official partner of Meta as a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), developed Whizz Agent for sales and lead qualification, and Whizz Copilot to boost sales team productivity. With the platform, companies of any size can create and personalize their conversational AI autonomous agents. Brands can define the personality and tone of voice of the agent, customize with the ideal skills for their business, teach about their products and services in a few clicks, and monitor performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
“Whizz allows our customers to automate sales using generative AI agents, as well as increase sales and customer service team productivity with the use of Whizz Copilot,” says Maurício Trezub, CEO of OmniChat. “Unlike traditional chatbots that rely on predefined flows, our agents are autonomous, capable of conducting complete sales journeys with humanized and proactive conversations.”
Currently, more than 500 brands use OmniChat to enhance their results through conversational sales, including Decathlon, Acer, Natura, Grupo La Moda, and AZZAS 2154. The OmniChat platform operates on the SaaS (Software as a Service) model and provides companies with reduced operational costs while boosting sales results and customer satisfaction.
Agents created in the Whizz Studio environment can chat via text or audio messages, recommend products based on the customer’s profile, add items to the cart, calculate shipping, generate payment links, provide order status, and engage inactive customers. The solution, which has been in Beta in recent months, already shows significant results: with infinite scalability and 24/7 support, Whizz has already allowed a 95% reduction in response time, unlimited customer service capacity, and a 30% increase in sales conversion rate for clients.
AI agents are designed for instant integration via WhatsApp on social networks, e-commerce, QR codes, and marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience. Both Whizz Agent and Copilot have native integration with leading e-commerce platforms in Brazil such as VTEX, Magento, Linx, and Shopify, allowing customers to start selling all their catalog products in record time.
For performance monitoring, the platform offers a comprehensive analytics tool that provides metrics such as number of interactions, average handling time (AHT), customer satisfaction surveys, conversion rate, and sales funnel analysis.
“Our investment in OmniChat is based on the company’s ability to turn technology into operational efficiency and revenue growth for its clients. It is this type of scalable solution, with robust technological foundation and proven market adherence, that we seek to support, always fostering innovation and company development,” points out Marcel Malczewski, CEO of Quartzo Capital.
Since its foundation, OmniChat has focused on boosting sales and revenue generation for its clients. The investment of 50 million reais will further accelerate the development of new AI features that deliver real results for its clients. Additionally, the company plans to specialize the platform in other service verticals such as education, health, and insurance, aiming to expand its presence in the national market and consolidate its leadership in conversational commerce. The company aims to double the number of conversations within its platform this year, transacting over 80 million conversations by the end of 2025.
