An innovative technological platform promises to transform the way companies and institutions assess and manage their sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) maturity levels. Developed by the Agribusiness Research Development Foundation (Fundepag) through its Technological Innovation Center Conexão.f, in partnership with PERFORMA_IT, CQ Circular Sustainability, and RV Agro, the solution offers comprehensive support in the assessment and management of environmental, social, and governance impacts.
The platform was created based on the Design Thinking methodology and principles of open innovation, taking into account the difficulties faced by organizations of various sizes in sustainability and ESG management. According to Luciana Teixeira, Innovation leader of Conexão.f, the development involved interviews with professionals in the field and workshops to transform the demands of potential clients into product requirements, followed by the development of interactive prototypes and continuous feedback.
With a structure based on three pillars – diagnosis, materiality analysis, and goals and action plans – the platform allows identifying the organization’s maturity regarding ESG criteria, evaluating and prioritizing relevant topics, and defining clear goals with personalized plans to achieve them. One of the main differentiators is the dual materiality analysis, which considers both financial aspects and socio-environmental impacts.
“The platform allows companies to define the indicators that will be monitored based on the created goals, following the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The dual materiality analysis provides an integrated view of risks and opportunities, aligning the company’s sustainability strategy with stakeholder expectations,” explains Luciana Teixeira.
The partnership between Fundepag and PERFORMA_IT resulted in a unique product in the market, combining ESG best practices and sustainability in a simple, intuitive, and innovative way. Leonardo Tristão, CEO of PERFORMA_IT, emphasizes that the platform is a direct response to the increasing regulations and ESG norms, which have become essential for the sustainability and long-term success of companies.
With simple and intuitive usability, the platform allows users to start their ESG diagnosis and planning without the need for extensive training. The solution is offered in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, with online and responsive access, usable on both desktops and mobile devices.
The platform can be contracted through three plans, with prices varying according to the features. In two plan versions, in addition to the usage license, companies will have access to specialized consultancy in sustainability and ESG.
