The wait is over! The partnership between Uber and Livelo, which promises to change the way you earn benefits, is now live. Starting today, Uber trips and deliveries can be converted into Livelo points, allowing your journey to become an opportunity to earn rewards, such as products, trips, services, and even cash back. This new feature is gradually being rolled out to all Uber users in Brazil, and members of Uber One, Uber’s subscription program, also enjoy additional benefits. Points accumulation works as follows:
- For Uber One members: 1 Livelo point every R$ 2 spent on any Uber trip;
- For other users: 1 Livelo point every R$ 3 spent only in Uber Black, Comfort and Reserve modes.
The partnership will also include promotional activities and special parities on specific dates. Information on eligible categories can be found at regulation.
For now, all payment methods are valid for accumulating points, including Uber Cash. For rides with shared payment, each user with a Livelo account linked to Uber will accumulate points proportional to the amount paid, as long as the account is linked before the trip ends.
Points will be credited to your Livelo account within 7 calendar days after payment is made and your trip ends. The partnership is only valid for trips originating and arriving in Brazil.

How to link accounts and start earning points
Integration is quick and easy. To connect your Livelo account to your Uber profile, follow these steps:
- Open the Uber app and go to the menu “Account” in the lower right corner.
- Select the option “Settings”.
- In the section “Rewards”, select “Livelo” and then “Link and start collecting points”.
- Log in to your Livelo account or create a new account if you don’t have one.
- Follow the validation instructions (via SMS) to authorize the link.
That’s it! Your account will be linked, and you’ll automatically earn points on all eligible trips. Important: an Uber account can only be linked to one Livelo account and vice versa; if you want to link a new account, you’ll need to unlink the previous one.
