LATAM Cargo, the cargo division of the LATAM Group, ended the first half of 2025 with a significant logistical breakthrough in Brazil: 70% of its e-commerce orders originating from Congonhas and Guarulhos airports (SP) were delivered within 48 hours to customers’ homes in the country. This figure is more than double the figure recorded in the same period in 2024.
This progress is the result of the company’s strategic investments in infrastructure and technology. One of the main investments was a 50% increase in operational capacity. hub (connection hub) in Guarulhos, which now has more than 2,900 m² dedicated specifically to the e-commerce segment. In parallel, LATAM Cargo launched a new product portfolio in the domestic market, including the éFácil service, aimed at small packages with fast, home delivery in thousands of Brazilian cities.
In 2025, the company also signed partnership with Amazon for the delivery of products in 11 states in the North, Northeast and Central-West regions.

BRAZILIAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ALSO GROWS
The operational improvement has been directly perceived by LATAM Cargo customers in the domestic market in Brazil. In the first half of 2025, the company recorded a 25 percentage point increase in its NPS index (Net Promoter Score), driven by advances in service, communication, tracking and deadline compliance.
GREATER CAPACITY TO CONNECT SÃO PAULO TO ALL OF BRAZIL
LATAM Cargo currently has the largest available capacity (in tons) to connect São Paulo to all regions of Brazil. Between January and June 2025 alone, it offered the possibility of shipping up to 67,300 tons of cargo in the holds of LATAM passenger aircraft departing from Congonhas and Guarulhos airports – an 8% increase compared to the capacity offered in the same period in 2024.
The company currently serves 46 Brazilian airports and 4 cargo terminals in locations without regular flights, with home deliveries in more than 1,800 municipalities.
The company also leads the capacity offered to strategic destinations in the North and Northeast regions, such as Teresina (PI), João Pessoa (PB), Macapá (AP) and Rio Branco (AC) – the last two served exclusively from the capital of São Paulo.
NEW PORTFOLIO DRIVES E-COMMERCE
The new service portfolio launched in 2024 has boosted LATAM Cargo’s performance in the e-commerce segment in Brazil. The éFácil service, aimed at small parcels with fast delivery, recorded a 79% growth in issuance volume in the first half of 2025 and a 6 percentage point improvement in the FAB indicator (Flown as Booked), when compared with the same period of the previous year.
CONSOLIDATED LEADERSHIP IN BRAZIL AND ABROAD
LATAM Cargo has held the leading position in the transportation of domestic air cargo shipped on passenger flights in Brazil since April 2025. According to June 2025 statistics published by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC),, the company reached 37.3%* market share.
Its national logistics network covers 51 operational bases, in addition to routes with cargo planes such as Guarulhos-Manaus, Viracopos-Manaus and Guarulhos-Fortaleza-Manaus – the latter opened in May 2025.
In the international market, LATAM Cargo also leads air cargo transportation to and from Brazil, operating to 23 international destinations via cargo flights and overhead compartments on passenger aircraft. Recent additions include the Miami–São José dos Campos, Miami–Brasília, Amsterdam–Curitiba, and Europe–Florianópolis routes.
