With a focus on security, innovation, and user experience, Aposta Ganha integrates Serasa Experian’s Valida Bets solution into its identity verification (KYC) process. This new feature speeds up the registration process, strengthens fraud prevention, and improves new user conversion rates.
The partnership brought significant improvements to the inbound flow. With the document reuse feature, over 90% of validations are now completed in less than 30 seconds, eliminating the need to send or photograph documents in most cases.
Integration with the Serasa Experian database also contributed to a more fluid and assertive process, resulting in a 5% increase in the registration approval rate. In addition to agility, the system offers a robust security infrastructure, including facial biometrics, proof of life (liveness), automated document scanning, and restricted list checking, meeting the regulatory requirements of the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA), both at the time of registration and withdrawal.
