The operation of the Zig Virtual Card is simple: the customer can add credits before leaving home, using the Zig app, you scan a QR Code available at the event, that will direct you to an online recharge page. After the payment confirmation, the credits are loaded onto the Virtual Card, what is saved in the customer's digital wallet on their phone, allowing contactless payments (NFC)
