The hyperautomation market in Brazil is experiencing rapid growth. Gartner data reveals that by the end of this year, at least 50% of large national companies will have adopted technologies in the area in their operations. Following this market trend, Viaflow achieved a 36% increase in revenue in 2024. With this, the company, which is a reference in business transformation, reached over R$14 million in revenue and an EBITDA of 22% in the year.
These positive results are even more significant for the founder and CEO of Viaflow, Graziele Rossato, due to the challenges of the previous year, when the company had to reevaluate its structure, reduce costs, and optimize and automate processes to regain its competitiveness. "In 2023, we restructured our departments to foster greater collaboration, agility, and creativity, always focusing on the customer. With the support of specialized consulting in strategy, sales, and products/services, we laid the groundwork for a promising 2024. With all these investments, we believe 2025 will be a year of growth and expansion. We are ready for the new challenges," explains the CEO.
The second semester brought a new boost. With signs of recovery in the market and more agile processes, Viaflow expanded its team by 20%, keeping up with demand growth and ensuring the quality of the services provided. Additionally, it implemented Upflow, an internal index that values professionals and recognizes their impact on the company's growth. The reflection of this movement was the high participation in the GPTW (Great Place to Work) survey, reaching 93% engagement and a score of 92.
“We were able to create a work environment that engages and motivates our team. In addition to Upflow, our Business Partner Program distributed around R$500,000 in bonuses, aligning the company’s results with the appreciation of professionals,” highlights Melissa Mattos, partner and CFO at Viaflow.
For this year, Viaflow projects to surpass R$20 million in revenue and maintain an EBITDA of 20%, even with new investments in sight. "Our focus remains on business transformation through technology, processes, and innovation, always with a keen eye on people. We believe that sustainable growth and team appreciation go hand in hand," concludes Graziele.
