A tray, e-commerce platform owned by LWSA, announced today the launch of Tray PDV, an innovative solution aimed at automating and unifying business management for retailers. This new tool represents a significant step in the company's strategy to provide a unique and comprehensive environment for store management, whether they are virtual or physical
The Tray PDV offers a comprehensive range of features, including
- Supplier management
- Window adjustment
- Order and inventory control
- Billing tracking
- Sales Review
- Proposal creation
- Issuing invoices
- Carrying out promotions
The tool also supports various payment methods, as stated, installment plan, customer credit, PIX, gift voucher and card. Furthermore, allows use in multiple boxes, ensuring complete control of operations
One of the main differentiators of Tray PDV is the ability to integrate sales across multiple channels, connecting the physical store with the virtual store Tray. This results in more efficient processes, centralized management and reduction of errors and operational costs
Thiago Mazeto, general director of Tray, highlights the importance of the solution in the current retail context: "Retail is becoming increasingly dynamic and digitalization is already a reality. With Tray POS, we are strengthening our business strategy by offering a complete solution for retailers to manage their physical and digital operations, everything in one environment.”
The launch takes place at a time of significant growth for the sector. In the second quarter of 2024, the retail and e-commerce segment of LWSA recorded a notable increase in GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) transacted, reaching R$16,9 billion, a growth of 22,5% compared to the same period in 2023
Mazeto adds: "Even with the great performance of our retailers, we continue to invest to strengthen Tray's operations, centralizing solutions in a single environment to further facilitate the lives of retailers who need technologies to boost their businesses.”
The Tray PDV is available starting today for all customers of the Tray platform, marking a new chapter in the evolution of integrated retail in Brazil
