The first trainee focused on Artificial Intelligence, launched in August by Magalu, has already attracted more than 14,000 interested in participating in the selection. The registrations, which end on the 22nd, are carried out exclusively by the official channel of the program on WhatsApp, with the flow of conversation guided by Lu, the virtual influencer of Magalu. The process is aimed at professionals of exact courses and is directly related to the new strategic cycle of the company.
To support the candidates and ask questions, Magalu will perform a live on September 15, from 19h. The broadcast will be about an hour long and the access link will be sent directly to the program subscribers through WhatsApp. Among the guests are Patricia Pugas, executive director of people management, Andre Fatala, vice president of digital platforms, both Magalu, and Paulo Silveira, founder of Alura, a company partner in the development of technology knowledge trails.

Professionals trained between December 2022 and December 2025, in exact courses, not necessarily linked to technology can apply.
