According to the researchTech Education & Business Operational Efficiency, carried out byAlura For CompaniesIn partnership with FIAP, companies that invest in tech training initiatives observe improvements in various indicators related to employee performance, such as increased productivity (64%) and engagement (45%).
In this scenario of constant transformation, the school found out what the10 technology coursesmost sought after on its platform in the first half of 2024, revealing the areas that received the greatest investment in training, with an overview of the most relevant skills for the market this year.

The survey shows a significant change in companies' interests compared to the previous year. There is greater diversification in demands, with a notable increase in areas such as Business Intelligence, with the Power BI course, and Data Science, represented by the search for "Python for Data Science".
For Tavane Gurdos, general director of Alura for Companies, the ranking highlights that there is a strong mobilization in the market to promote data intelligence in business.Tools such as JavaScript, Python, Power BI and Excel pave the way for companies to create innovative solutions, optimize processes and make strategic decisions within a vast digital ecosystem.", it says.
Technology development
The Alura for Companies study with FIAP also reveals that 60% of the surveyed organizations believe that their clients or users have been able to perceive – directly or indirectly – the positive impacts of investments in tech training. According to Tavane, this number and the school's own ranking indicate that many companies have already understood that they need to adapt to the dynamic market reality in order to stay competitive and retain talent.
