The company closed 2024 with revenue of R$ 7,5 million and so far, registers the partnership with over 500 real estate agencies across Brazil and 1.300 contracts in portfolio

With investments of R$ 500 thousand annually in R&D, the company provides, via whatsapp, to the client an intelligent system that activates 18bureauscredit check, like SPC, Serasa, Federal Revenue, central bank, among others and, in less than 3 minutes, approve or not the credit. Furthermore, the personalized service informs the customer about the obstacle in the disapproved credit and suggests solutions to try to make the process feasible in some way. Already for the real estate agency, the service is also personalized, through a group of specialists that provides customized and humanized care

"In the economic scenario of the country", with the lack of mortgage credit for purchasing properties and high interest rates, the rental service has been growing, just like, many times, the cases of default. In this scenario, Alufacil arrives as a facilitator to provide more people with the possibility of renting a property with the least bureaucracy, tell the CEO.
