Sólides launches the first AI-powered people management solution via WhatsApp in Brazil

Data from Sólides' Employability Panorama, released last month, reveals that the idea of using Artificial Intelligence in recruitment processes is well received by candidates. Stages such as sending a resume (84%), job recommendations (81%), and matching profiles with opportunities (78%) had high acceptance for automation. However, traditionally humanized phases, such as interviews (59%) and admission (59%), are still seen as moments that require personal interaction.
