Additionally, it is possible to integrate the functionality into WhatsApp, optimizing cart recovery, campaign dispatch, and user support.
ShopNTalk will be available in aplug and playon leading platforms such as Vtex and Shopify, reinforcing the growth potential for 2025, where the estimate is to reach 2,000 retailers by the end of the year.
Soon, the startup will also expand its portfolio with innovative solutions for catalog management, digital media, and data intelligence, establishing itself as a strategic partner for e-commerce. In addition to its own products, the company will also work on developing special projects for major brands, creating modern Artificial Intelligence applications tailored to the real needs of the market.
