Being one of the only ones in the world with the functionality, Poli Digital's API hits R$ 6 million in sales with direct payment via chat

A startup Poli Digital announces that the amounts transacted through the Poli Pay feature reached R$ 6 million. The company provides technological solutions that centralize and automate contact channels for small and medium-sized businesses with their customers, via WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, all of the Meta Group — with which Poli Digital maintains a partnership to access the official WhatsApp APIs, Instagram and Facebook Messenger

Poli Pay is a solution from Poli that allows the consumer to make payments directly through the chat where they are being assisted. The modality allows for more agility, assertiveness and security in the relationship between company and client, highlights the CEO of Poli, Alberto Jr.

Citing market research, like data from Opinion Box, Alberto Filho reports that six out of ten consumers communicate with companies through digital channels to make purchases. Thus, Poli Pay makes it easy and, with that, stimulates the completion of transactions. "It has proven to be a very attractive feature", evaluate. 

An indicator reinforces the analysis. According to the CEO of Poli Digital, almost half (46%) of the orders created via Poli Pay were completed with payment made. This percentage represents double that recorded in traditional e-commerce modalities, in which customers create shopping carts until they actually complete the payment. 

"Poli Pay is a payment method in which the sending and receiving of charges are integrated into the centralization and automation contact system of the solution we offer". In this way, from the initial contact that the client makes, going through the selection of products and reaching the completion of the payment, "all this process is carried out by the same contact chat", describe the CEO. 

If for the clients it means convenience, for companies, the features of Poli Pay help boost sales. Alberto Filho explains: "The tool's interface allows the creation of product and service catalogs, with description, prices and illustrated with photos. Furthermore, enables the creation and sending of the 'shopping cart' with the payment link option via Poli Pay. 

Poli Digital maintains partnerships with the brands Mercado Pago and PagSeguro. Thus, the Poli system is integrated with those of the two brands. This integration gives the consumer diverse options for payment methods — by boleto, pix, or credit card. And the company that makes the sales receives the amount through these institutions, says the CEO.
