Pontaltech, a company specialized in omnichannel communication technology, announced the hiring of Renata Reis as its new chief revenue officer. Renata's arrival aims to strengthen the company's strategic planning, expand revenue, and reach new market segments by the end of the year.
Renata Reis, native of Gravataí, RS, started her career at 16 as an intern at a credit recovery company with 24 units across the country. "It was a true school for me, where I stayed for nine years, improving my knowledge and opening doors to greater opportunities," recalls Renata.
In 2012, Renata moved to São Paulo to assume the position of executive manager in the city, where she expanded her networking and managed accounts of major banking clients. She also worked at prominent companies such as PG Mais, where she structured the business area, and Cetelem bank, where she worked as an executive B2B manager.
After a brief sabbatical, Renata was invited by Carlos Secron, CEO of Pontaltech, to assume the revenue directorate. "We needed someone with Renata's experience and strategic vision to expand our growth and reach new market segments," says Secron.
The new revenue director will aim to acquire large accounts across various sectors, including banks, financial institutions, retailers, insurance companies, and technology firms, in addition to maintaining focus on current clients and the Collections and Call Center segments. The strategic planning will be developed across four verticals, aligning marketing, hunter, wholesale, and farmer to diversify the operational base and promote healthy and continuous growth.
“I don’t just intend to achieve the established goals, but also to bring a new dynamic to the team and the company, joining forces to establish assertive and prosperous actions”, highlights Renata.
Carlos Secron shares the same expectation. "No delivery is made alone. We are confident that Renata's arrival will strengthen our team, bringing her extensive experience in the field and contributing to our achieving increasingly better results," concludes the CEO.
