Sodexo Realities is the new platform from Sodexo that combines virtual reality, three-dimensional environments and gamification, providing an immersive experience during the presentation processes of corporate food services and facility management. Developed in partnership with the startup Dive, the tool allows multiple users to use their avatars and navigate, via computer, tablet, smartphoneor virtual reality glasses, exploring the solutions offered by Sodexo in an interactive way
Even in the initial phase, the solution, that won 1st place in the 'Channels & Experiences for Conversion' category at the Inovativos Award, promoted by Accenture and FGV, has already driven nine closed business agendas in just over eight months of use. Virtual reality is no longer a novelty, but we found in it a powerful way to present our portfolio. Realities replaces static presentations and in-person visits with an immersive journey that places clients inside our operation and even allows for, after getting to know the environments, a virtual 3D meeting should be held for a negotiation or purchase of services right there.
