Recently, Ollo released an unprecedented report on the Open Talent economy, including an exclusive survey conducted in partnership with Orbit Data Science, which collected over 11,000 comments from statements made on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter) by people expressing opinions about freelance work.
Among the data collected, the report indicates that the sector should grow11,7%per year until 2032 in the world, reaching the level ofUS$ 1.1 billion, and in Brazil, it is estimated that around1.5 million peopleacting in some way in this segment.
During the conversation, which brings important observations about the future of work, led by presenters Alexandre Waclawovsky and Eduardo Bendzius, the advances, perspectives and challenges of this market in Brazil are raised.
