A Coevo.co, marketing platform specialized in hospitality, tourism and destinations, based in Joinville (SC), was chosen to develop a strategic project for the Discover DeKalb Convention & Visitors Bureau (DDCVB), destination marketing organization (DMO) responsible for promoting DeKalb County, in the metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia (USA). The project aims to modernize the entity's digital infrastructure, improving data collection and analysis for more effective marketing campaigns
The initiative includes website performance optimizationdiscoverdekalb.with, implementation of a new data measurement structure via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, in addition to integration with paid media platforms, like Google Ads and Meta Ads. The objective is to ensure that the DMO has access to more qualified data and strategic insights to strengthen its tourism promotion actions
This project reinforces Coevo’s capacity.code to act globally and contribute to destinations having more efficiency in data-driven decision making. Beyond technical improvements, the Coevo project.will pave the way for the adoption of innovative strategies, how conversational marketing. With the approach of the major FIFA events in Atlanta — including the Club World Cup in 2025 and the World Cup in 2026 —, The DMO seeks to explore direct communication channels, like WhatsApp and chatbots, to interact with international visitors
