Pioneer: iCasei launches first WhatsApp presence confirmation of the market

ICasei, a pioneer platform in the segment of wedding sites and gift lists, has a new functionality that promises to facilitate RSVP. Guests no longer need to leave the messaging application and can confirm presence at the wedding by WhatsApp itself.  

The novelty comes to complement the existing options of the platform, which accepts confirmations by the bride and groom's website, by the application or by telephone contact. With RSVP via WhatsApp, iCasei reinforces the commitment to always seek to develop new tools and features, which make the experience of couples and guests increasingly practical and efficient. 

The choice to include WhatsApp as a means for confirming presence is according to data from Statista, which specializes in data monitoring, which shows that more than 96% of Brazilians are active users of the messaging application.  

“We believe that RSVP through WhatsApp will be a differentiator for iCasei customers.We know the importance of facilitating communication, as well as ensuring that all guests are well informed about the wedding. The functionality was developed to provide greater convenience and efficiency, offering couples a platform adapted to contemporary needs”, explains Diego Magnani, iCasei CCO.  

The exclusive feature is available on the Black plan, the most complete of the site. To use the new functionality and allow iCasei to send messages by WhatsApp requesting confirmation of attendance at the event, the couple needs to include the data of the guests and enable the feature on the platform.  

The frequency of sending messages is defined by the couple, and can be triggered in a single, weekly, biweekly or monthly way. In addition, it is possible to choose the initial and final date of the submissions and the deadline day for the response of the guests. In the panel, the bride and groom can follow a report in real time with the status messages and confirmations received.
