THEPinbank, one-stop-bank-provider, joined Yuno, the global payments orchestrator, to enhance transactions for market giants like RappiBank, Rappi's digital bank. This goal was not only achieved but exceeded expectations, as the delivery app's business unit itself reached 90% transaction approval and started moving an additional R$60 million in the first months of operation.
This was possible because the partnership allowed merchants connected to Yuno – as is the case with the app – to benefit from Pinbank's direct acquiring portfolio. In this way, customers gained the opportunity to meet their operational payment demands quickly and without the need for development.
RappiBank, in particular, was looking for a payment orchestration service that essentially is a system that intermediates communication among all parties involved in digital payment operations. The fintech's product, specifically, is offered in the form of a credit card.
Felipe Negri, CEO of Pinbank, highlights that the rapid integration with Yuno was an important factor in achieving the results obtained. "The strong harmony of this union shows that the constant evolution of technology is the way to build successful partnerships that address payment sector demands in a personalized manner without segment restrictions," he says.
Julián Núñez, COO and co-founder of Yuno, highlights the reasoning: “We are very happy to help such a relevant player in the market, such as Rappibank, to prosper in business. At Yuno, our goal is to improve the operations and business metrics of our clients, simplifying the complexity of managing multiple processors and payment options”, he emphasizes.
Finally, Rafael Machado, Product Director of RappiBank, also confirms that the partnership between the companies strengthened the digital bank's position in the market. "We were able to reinforce our commitment to offering innovative solutions that drive our users' satisfaction," concludes the executive.
