Olist launches web series to celebrate 10 years in the market

In 2025, Olist, an ecosystem of solutions for SMEs with over 50,000 clients, celebrates a decade of market presence and, to mark this milestone, launches a special series of videos featuring testimonials from people who have been — and still are — part of this story. The initiative aims to highlight the main moments, achievements, and challenges that have shaped the company over the past 10 years, emphasizing a customer-centric culture, the strength of collaboration, and innovation as pillars of its journey.

The series with three episodes features authentic accounts from employees, clients, partners, investors, and protagonists who closely followed Olist's evolution, revealing inspiring stories and behind-the-scenes of the company, which was created with the purpose of boosting businesses across Brazil.

In the first episode, Tiago Dalvi recalls the company's journey from the days of Solidarium, his first company, to the birth of Olist, highlighting how the business evolved and transformed into a solution to boost SMEs.

Among the interviewees, Rodrigo Baer, co-founder and managing partner of Upload Ventures, the first institutional investor of Olist, recalled the company's early steps and explained the reasons that led him to invest in the business during Olist's first week of creation.

Also participating are Mari Dalvi, product manager; Amilton Paglia, partner and former CPO of Olist; Daiane Peretti, the first HR manager; Mari Vieira, executive secretary; and Jon Azzolini, the company's first employee, "Olister number 1". Representing clients, Marcio Ribeiro, founder of X5 Music, a store specializing in musical instruments, shares his experience with Olist.

In the second and third episodes, Paulo Passoni, managing partner of Valor Capital Group, responsible for the firm's Growth Equity arm, and Alex Szapiro, managing partner for Latin America at SoftBank, participate. Both are investors who played a key role in the expansion and consolidation of Olist in the market.

The recordings were made in Curitiba and São Paulo, and the episodes will be published onOlist's YouTube, starting from 05/14. The videos evoke memorable memories, lessons, and visions of the future, reaffirming the company's purpose of transforming digital commerce through technology and a collaborative spirit.
