Núclea announces Ricardo Dias Gomes as its new Executive Superintendent of Business.

Núclea, a tech company specializing in infrastructure solutions for digital transactions and data intelligence, announces the arrival of Ricardo Dias Gomes, formerly of B3, Citibank, and CSD, as the new Executive Superintendent of Business. He will be responsible for the over-the-counter market unit, which expanded following the acquisition of CRT4's operations in 2024.   

“Over time, the Brazilian capital and financial markets have become more complex, and there are excellent opportunities for market infrastructures, such as Núclea, to accelerate the development of new products and processes with innovation and in accordance with current regulations. I am excited to join this mission to make Núclea an increasingly relevant player in this market,” states the executive. 

With extensive experience in financial market infrastructure services, he holds a degree in Business Administration, with an Executive MBA from Insper and executive certifications from ISE Business School. With over 25 years of experience in the financial market, he worked at Citibank in Treasury operational areas, dealing with Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Derivatives products, among others.  

He was one of the leaders of BM&FBOVESPA's initiative to develop competition with the then Cetip, achieving significant results in positioning infrastructure solutions for the organized over-the-counter market.  

With the creation of B3, she had the opportunity to work on-site with Cetip's operations, actively participating in the integration process of the two companies. More recently, she joined CSD BR's commercial department, developing customer touchpoints.
