Uber and Loggi , a leading delivery company in Brazil, announce the expansion of their integrated service, Envio Nacional (National Shipping), to six new cities across Brazil. From now on, customers in the cities of Fortaleza, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Recife, Goiânia, and Porto Alegre can send packages nationally via the Uber app, with pickup and delivery handled by Loggi's operations, serving more than 5,500 municipalities throughout Brazil.
The arrival in new strategic hubs across the country joins the cities where the service was already in operation, namely São Paulo (SP), Campinas (SP) and Curitiba (PR).
“This new phase of expansion represents another important step in the partnership, offering customers another option to simplify the experience of sending packages nationwide. By combining Uber's expertise in mobility and ours in logistics, we are expanding the range of services, allowing any person or company to benefit from fast, high-quality, and efficient package delivery solutions,” explains Viviane Sales, Vice President of Customers and Revenue at Loggi.
Among the main benefits of the launch is the convenience and practicality of requesting national shipments without leaving home or the office, all through the Uber app, with tracking of the entire process, predictable delivery dates, and security for long-distance shipments. For users and client companies, using National Shipping helps save time to focus on what really matters.

How does National Shipping work?
Through the Uber app, it's possible to select the National Shipping option for sending packages – including a wide variety of products such as fashion, cosmetics, sporting goods, toys, books, electronics, perfumes, pet accessories, etc. The items will be collected by Loggi, enter the company's operation and network, and then be distributed and delivered nationwide.
All shipments can be tracked directly through the Uber app. Additionally, if the user has any questions or needs support regarding the order, upon accessing a National Shipment trip in the “Activity” section of the Uber app, they can contact Lori, Loggi's channel with Generative Artificial Intelligence for conversational customer service, which will provide personalized guidance for each case in an interactive way. In situations requiring more specific follow-up, the user will be directed to human support for handling and resolution.
