New national delivery service between Loggi and Uber arrives in Sao Paulo

Uber and Loggia, reference in deliveries in Brazil, announce the arrival in the city of Sao Paulo of the new integrated service between the companies, the National Shipping. The launch will allow users of the Uber application of the state capital can make national shipments of packages, being the collection and delivery carried out by the operation of Loggi, to more than 5.5 thousand municipalities throughout Brazil. 

With the arrival in one of the main cities of the country, the companies announce this new phase of expansion of the service, which can reach more than 10 million users. The project is already in pilot operation since June in Campinas (SP) and Curitiba (PR) and the forecast is to continue expanding to other municipalities in the coming months.

How Envio Nacional Works

Through the Uber app, users can select the Envio Nacional option to send packages—including a wide variety of products such as fashion items, cosmetics, sporting goods, toys, books, electronics, perfumery, pet accessories, etc. The items will be collected by Loggi, enter the company's operation and network, and then be distributed and delivered nationally.

All the sending can be followed directly by the Uber application. In addition, if the user has questions or needs support about the request, when accessing a National Shipping trip in the “Activity” Uber application, can trigger Lori, Loggi channel with Generative Artificial Intelligence for conversational service with customers, which will provide interactively personalized directions for each case. In situations that need more specific monitoring, the user will be directed to human services for negotiations and resolutions.
