New national delivery service between Loggi and Uber arrives in São Paulo

Uber and theLoggy, a leader in deliveries in Brazil, announces the arrival in São Paulo of the new integrated service between the companies, the National Shipment. The launch will allow Uber app users in São Paulo to make national package shipments, with pickup and delivery carried out by Loggi's operation, to over 5,500 municipalities across Brazil.

With the arrival in one of the country's main cities, the companies announce this new phase of service expansion, which could reach over 10 million users. The project has been in pilot operation since June in Campinas (SP) and Curitiba (PR), and the plan is to continue expanding to other municipalities in the coming months.

"After an important testing period, the expansion represents a significant step in the partnership by offering customers another option to simplify the national package shipping experience. Combining Uber's expertise in mobility with ours in logistics, we expand the range of services, allowing any individual or company to benefit from fast, quality, and efficient package delivery solutions," explains Viviane Sales, Vice President of Customers and Revenue at Loggi.

Among the main benefits of the launch are the convenience and practicality of requesting domestic shipments without leaving home or the company, all through the Uber app, with tracking of the entire process, delivery date predictability, and security for long-distance shipments. For users and client companies, using National Shipping helps save time to focus on what really matters.

"When we partnered with Loggi, we knew that the market lacked a solution like Envio Nacional, which serves individuals and businesses across the country with more convenience and ease. Expanding this service to the largest Brazilian capital represents a new and important phase of our work, as now millions of people will have access to faster, simpler, and more efficient shipments," emphasizes Marco Cruz, Uber's Business Development Director.

How does National Shipping work

Through the Uber app, it is possible to select the National Shipping option for sending packages – including a wide variety of products such as fashion, cosmetics, sports items, toys, books, electronics, perfumes, pet accessories, etc. The items will be collected by Loggi, integrated into the company's operations and network, for subsequent distribution and national delivery.

All shipments can be tracked directly through the Uber app. Additionally, if the user has questions or needs support regarding the order, by accessing a National Shipping trip in the "Activity" section of the Uber app itself, they can contact Lori, Loggi's channel with Generative Artificial Intelligence for conversational customer service, which will provide interactive personalized guidance for each case. In situations that require more specific follow-up, the user will be directed to human assistance for handling and resolutions.
