Agility, a hallmark of consumption on the internet, has directly influenced the behavior of customers. According to a survey by Giuliana Flores, the express deliveries, those carried out within 3 hours, already represent (18%) of all orders made on the site, reinforcing the preference for quick and efficient solutions when giving gifts. The data reveals how this experience has been a decisive factor in consumer satisfaction and highlights the importance of structured logistics to keep up with the pace of digital retail.
The demand for express deliveries is especially high in strategic regions of São Paulo, such as the South, West, East, Center and ABC. In these locations, the agility in the shipping is a differential valued by consumers, who seek to surprise with gifts even in short time windows.
To ensure the best delivery experience, the company constantly invests in logistics innovation. Special packaging, for example, is designed to facilitate transport and preserve the durability of flowers, even in the fastest deliveries. In addition, the brand continues in search of new partnerships that expand its capillarity and operational efficiency.
Other shipping modalities also stand out in the company's e-commerce. Business hours deliveries lead the way, with (26,2%) of the choices, followed by the morning (24,91%) and afternoon (10,36%). This variety of options allows customers to choose the best time to send flowers and gifts, whether planning in advance or solving a last-minute surprise. Flexibility in receiving formats has been a differential of the brand, especially on commemorative dates, when punctuality and meaning go together.
“We believe that the positive experience with express delivery is critical to consumer satisfaction. Many customers choose this type of delivery not only for urgency, but because they trust that the gift will arrive exactly at the right time, guaranteeing all the emotion and surprise that they make of the act of giving a special moment”, shares Clóvis Souza, founder and CEO of Giuliana Flores.
