Neogrid launches Insights Panel with research, analysis, and indicators of Brazilians' shopping basket and retail data.

Neogrid, a technology and data intelligence ecosystem that develops solutions for managing the consumer supply chain, announces the launch of its Insights Panel , a new platform that brings together all the studies, research, and analyses carried out by the company, in addition to offering a monthly overview of the main indicators of purchasing behavior of Brazilian consumers in retail.

Now, with just a few clicks, it's possible to access insights that help to better understand consumer habits, enabling faster targeting of sales strategies and optimizing profit margins. The website is structured in three sections, each highlighting a study: the Basket View offers monitoring of the Neogrid & FGV IBRE Consumer Basket, while the Supply View provides the traditional Stockout Index.

The Shopper View encompasses data from the Price Variation monitoring: Brazil & Regions and allows for detailed consultation of average ticket size, incidence, average number of items purchased per customer, and price fluctuations across 57 different product categories, based on information collected by Horus, a Neogrid solution responsible for analyzing over 1 billion invoices issued annually.

The portal also provides seasonal studies with consumption data on holidays, as well as the Food Retail Shopping Habits surveys, developed by Neogrid in partnership with Opinion Box. Another feature allows users to register and receive, directly on WhatsApp, key indicators on shopper behavior and stockout data through NIA – Neogrid's generative artificial intelligence (AI), a pioneer in Brazil focused on retail and industry.

The numbers are impressive: more than 2,500 retail chains and 30,000 points of sale monitored, including more than 3,000 municipalities, with the analysis of more than 1 billion sales receipts.
