Neogrid, a technology and data intelligence ecosystem that develops solutions for supply chain management, announces new CEO and CFO. Nicolás Simone, previously the company's CPTO (Chief Product and Technology Officer), and Augusto Vilela, who held the position of Head of Investor Relations and Treasury, assume their respective roles starting today. The new names follow, in this order, Jean Carlo Klaumann and Aury Ronan Francisco, who will remain with the company until June 30th to ensure a structured and smooth transition.
The movement marks the completion of an important cycle in Neogrid's recent journey. Thanks to your contributions, the company has enhanced its proprietary technology development capacity, strengthened its team, reorganized to be even more connected with its clients, and prepared for growth.

Nicolás Simone – or Nico, as he is more commonly known – is a senior executive with a solid track record in transformation, innovation, and technological leadership in global and national companies. Accumulated extensive experience in senior leadership roles at organizations such as McDonald's, Petrobras, Grupo Boticário, Itaú Unibanco, and AB InBev, and works with a focus on generating sustainable value, operational efficiency, and business results. Engineer with a background in Corporate Governance from IBGC, recognized for building high-performance teams, delivering scalable solutions, and engaging in topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), information security, and high-impact digital experiences for clients.

Augusto Vilela holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with a master's in Economics and Finance from EESP-FGV. With 15 years of experience in Finance, M&A, and Investor Relations, the executive has previously worked at Itaú Unibanco, Hotmart, and Semantix. At Neogrid, I led the Investor Relations and Treasury departments.
