According to Rafael Coffani, founder of Natural Bot, technology solves one of the main challenges of delivery via WhatsApp: the limitation of human customer service. "WhatsApp is an essential tool for many restaurants, but without automation, maintaining a standard of service, scaling sales, and providing a quick and interactive shopping experience becomes a challenge. CoPiloto changes this scenario by offering personalized and efficient service, automatically boosting sales," explains Coffani.

In addition to answering questions and processing orders, the CoPilot intelligently suggests complementary items, increasing the average ticket size of customers. It also eliminates the need for manual submission of payment receipts, as it automatically verifies through the Central Bank, ensuring greater security against fraud.

The platform also features an administrative panel where restaurant managers can customize the CoPiloto identity, manage menus, set delivery zones, and monitor sales metrics. Natural Bot's goal is to reach 1,700 active accounts by 2025 and surpass 15,000 by the end of 2026.

According to Abrasel's research, 63% of establishments use WhatsApp for sales and 32% consider the app their main delivery tool. With support for orders via text and audio, the platform makes the shopping experience smoother and more accessible, reducing virtual queues and optimizing service. In addition to mediating orders, the CoPilot manages inquiries, sends menus, suggests items, processes payments, and automatically issues the Service Order. The integration with POS and logistics systems, such as Saipos, Eclética, and Colibri, and the expansion of connectivity via API reinforce the proposal of a complete ecosystem for delivery.

The solution offers direct benefits to restaurants, enabling scalable service. For customers, it reduces waiting time and provides a more intuitive shopping experience. Another differentiator is the flexibility in the purchasing journey, allowing the consumer to choose between WhatsApp or an online menu.
