Zinz, a startup from Curitiba that connects franchises and construction companies for renovations and building projects, is one of the 80 across the state selected for the second call for proposals.Innovative Angel, from the Government of ParanáEach selected enterprise will receive an investment of R$250,000 for the development of products, services, and innovations.

For the founder and CEO of Zinz, Iuri Lenzi, it is a very significant achievement. In the end, the second edition of the Innovative Angel had a total of 471 proposals. "Being among the 80 selected in this first round is a demonstration that we have an innovative and impactful business, with a well-structured and solid project," he emphasizes.

The resources will be allocated to the development of the solutions that Zinz offers to the market. The platform online and automatically intermediates franchise works throughout Brazil. By Zinz, franchisees connect to service providers specialized in renovations and commercial construction.

The franchisee submits their renovation or construction needs for opening a franchise through the Zinz website, providing an architectural plan and requesting a quote. Zinz's solution prepares a reference budget; with this budget approved by the client, the startup connects service providers who, through the platform, submit their proposals. The franchisee chooses the one of their preference.

Next, the franchisee selects the payment method and deposits this amount on the platform. Zinz passes on the amounts to the contracted provider – this only happens when the client approves the services performed by the provider. "We handle the entire project from start to finish, from budgeting to final payment. The franchisee pays nothing to Zinz," explains Lenzi.

Zinz was founded in 2020. In the last 12 months, more than 70 franchisee retailer projects have been facilitated by the startup. The platform brings together a portfolio of 4,000 service providers across the country. The focus is on medium-sized projects, with an average cost of R$80,000 per project.
