LWSA opens registrations for internships and jobs

LWSA, the digital solutions ecosystem for companies of all sizes, is now accepting applications for the 8th edition of this year's Internship Program and more than 70 job positions in various fields.

For the Internship Program, applications will be accepted from June 9 to June 24 and can be submittedin this linkThe internship duration is 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and the company offers a personalized development pathway for the participants.

Undergraduate students (bachelor's or technologist) from the 2nd semester onwards in the fields of Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Computer Science, Accounting, or related areas can participate. It is necessary to be available to work in person or in a hybrid model, as defined by the contracting unit.

The average effectiveness rate of interns in the company is 48.8%, reinforcing its commitment to talent retention. "The initiative is part of the efforts to have an increasingly integrated LWSA, with a strong ecosystem and a focus on the customer. Therefore, we seek a succession pipeline for entry-level positions, focused on technical skills, behavioral skills, and professional development," says Otávio Dantas, VP of Management, Strategy, and People at LWSA.
