Luft Logistics has just launched AcademIA Luft, focused on developing solutions and boosting the company's talent. Created by the AI area, the educational platform also aims to support the next phases of the InovAdores da Luft cultural competition, launched earlier this year and aimed at more than 10,000 direct and outsourced employees.
“The launch of this online platform is an important step in promoting a culture of innovation and technological leadership among the organization's professionals. It offers different modules providing all the necessary content for employees to develop their skills in using Artificial Intelligence. This platform is expected to grow significantly, and this is just the beginning of a journey of learning and developing projects that address real company problems,” says Gustavo Saraiva, CIO of Luft Logistics.
This initiative reinforces Luft's commitment to continuous training and the practical application of AI in daily operations, integrating strategic vision and technical execution.
