Loja Integrada invests R$5 million in data intelligence for Brazilian e-commerce

In response to the growth of Brazilian e-commerce, projected to grow 10% in 2025 and reach a turnover of R$224.7 billion, according to the Brazilian Electronic Commerce Association (ABComm), Loja Integrada, a reference in automation and data intelligence for the sector, reinforces its positioning aschallengerin the future of smart e-commerce. The company invested R$ 5 million between 2023 and 2024 to build its data lake and boost its data intelligence strategy.

In 2024, the contributions of Loja Integrada to technological development increased by 244% compared to the previous year, marking a new phase of evolution for the company. "We brought specialized engineers to improve the embedded technology on the platform and develop new features that help retailers increase their sales and build customer loyalty," says Victor Popper, the company's CEO.

According to Popper, investments in infrastructure for data storage, processing, and availability aim to ensure that robust solutions are also accessible to SMB retailers (small and medium-sized businesses) and meet the diverse demands of the market. "Our embedded intelligence enables autonomous actions that drive the growth of retailers, freeing up time for them to focus on other areas of the business," emphasizes the CEO.

Among the results, it is worth highlighting the recovery of R$30 million in sales through the abandoned carts tool in the last year, using automation to attract and retain consumers.

Advances in embedded technology

The CEO explains that Loja Integrada has been investing in tools that enable advanced customization and automation for store owners, whether on the front end of the stores or in product catalog management.

In addition to solutions aimed at optimizing traffic and retention – such as the recovery of abandoned carts and products, based on customer behavior triggers –, Loja Integrada is developing new technologies on two strategic fronts for future launches:

  • New store page renderer: offers advanced personalization and optimizes the customer experience, surpassing traditional solutions;
  • Channel Hub: facilitates integration with marketplaces, automating the adaptation of the product catalog to the rules of each platform.

The company also plans to expand its use of artificial intelligence (AI), integrating communication channels such as WhatsApp, with the aim of simplifying store management and improving customer relationships.

Focus on sustainable growth

For 2025, Loja Integrada's focus is to maintain growth sustainably, focusing on a robust portfolio. "We aim to add value to merchants. In addition to native features such as themes, payments, and logistics, we are diversifying our revenue streams by offering comprehensive solutions that generate significant results and extend the customer lifecycle on the platform," he adds.

With more than 2.7 million stores created in Brazil, Loja Integrada aims to increase the revenue of existing operations through the introduction of new features. "Investing in the data lake allows us to offer more accurate analyses and solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with practicality. We are building a technological environment that ensures greater autonomy for the retailer to grow," concludes Victor Popper.
