Loja Integrada, a leading provider of automation and data intelligence for e-commerce, announced a new project in partnership with Next10 to boost Neymar's new fitness line. Using data intelligence and AI solutions, Loja Integrada developed the athlete's store operation to optimize its operational efficiency.
The R$1.5 million investment in structuring the Loja Integrada data lake allowed for the centralization of large volumes of data, optimizing customer profile mapping and automated retargeting. According to Victor Popper, CEO of Loja Integrada, in the past year alone, stores that utilized Loja Integrada's data-driven and automated tools generated over R$30 million in recovered sales. "With over 2.7 million stores already created, our platform excels at securely and efficiently handling proposals of varying sizes and levels of complexity. We want to demonstrate that robust solutions, like the ones used by Neymar's store, can be accessible to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, helping them grow with data intelligence and automation," explains Victor.
According to Victor Popper, one of the biggest challenges for online sellers is not relying solely on marketplaces. The challenge was connecting customers to the company's own store, not just at launch, but also for future purchases to maintain engagement. Among the customized solutions developed by Loja Integrada in partnership with the Next10 development team for the project, key strategies for engagement during the purchase process stand out, such as progressive discounts and the provision of exclusive, collectible physical cards, released based on the value added to the cart and delivered with the order.
The Loja Integrada API's customization freedom allowed the Next10 development team to build a custom front-end structure for the end-client.
Following the success of the Neymar line, Loja Integrada feels motivated to expand its technology, bringing data intelligence and the agility of automation to new strategic partnerships, such as the one with Next10," concludes the CEO.
