Jamef , a leading transportation and logistics company in Brazil, has just announced the arrival of Marcos Rodrigues as its new CEO and Ricardo Gonçalves as Director of Operations. This news reinforces the company's commitment to strengthening its growth in the B2B market, focusing on continuing strategies centered on the customer and operational efficiency.
A member of Jamef's board for six years, Marcos Rodrigues also has a solid and multidisciplinary 35-year career in the market, with experience at large companies. For the past 15 years, Rodrigues has served as an independent advisor to companies in the agribusiness, education, healthcare, logistics, technology, and real estate sectors.

Aligned with Jamef's strategic objectives, the arrival of Ricardo Gonçalves as Operations Director will also ensure the efficient execution of investments planned for 2025. With over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and S&OP at companies such as Coca-Cola and Kimberly, the executive's mission is to promote the company's sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships, and improve customer service. “Efficient logistics is fundamental to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and partners and boosting business. It is with this vision that I intend to contribute to making the operation increasingly agile and of high quality,” he points out.
The arrival of the two executives coincides with significant investments made throughout 2024 to improve processes and services, such as the opening of branches in Osasco (SP), Brasília (DF), Belém (PA), and Feira de Santana (BA), developed with modern and highly technological structures, in addition to the hiring of Adriana Lago as Director of IT and Innovation.
