Intelipost launches Simulation Module for predictability and efficiency in freight management

AIntelipost, leader in freight and delivery management, launches another module of the Optimize solution, complementing the TMS Intelipost: theSimulation Module. The tool allows for precise and quick comparison of multiple freight scenarios.

Based on historical data and customized variables, the module projects costs and delivery times, helping managers make better decisions and reduce logistical inefficiencies. The functionality allows evaluating variations in costs, deadlines, and SLAs of already contracted carriers, without the need to seek new options in the market.

"I like to explain the Simulation Module using the analogy of the 3 levers: deadline, cost, and SLA. Changing one of the levers also impacts the others within the logistics network. A market trend among carriers, for example, is that the longer the delivery time, the lower the cost. But each company knows its target audience. If the company's goal is to optimize financial resources, and this increase in delivery time does not affect customer satisfaction, choosing the cheaper carrier (with a longer delivery time) is a good option. But visualizing this alternative is only possible by simulating scenarios with data, which our solution provides," he states.Ross Saario, CEO of Intelipost.

With the new module, Intelipost reaffirms its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement of logistics in Brazil, offering tools that help companies make strategic decisions based on data.
