Mauricio Garcia, president of the Inteli academic council and one of the course instructors, highlights that Compass is an innovative initiative for integrating technical knowledge with business. As technology advances, the gap between those who understand the business and those who master technology widens. The hybrid profile, that is, someone who can navigate both sides, has never been more important. It is no longer possible to consider technology as a support department; it needs to be transversal throughout the organization, highlights Garcia.
