According to a survey by PageGroup, 80% of professionals resign due to being unhappy with the leadership they are subjected to. That said, a Talent Academy, HRTech that offers solutions for the Human Resources (HR) sector and people management, announces leadership development programs, with a focus on critical competencies and guidance based on each company's unique data. The project was developed based on the technology of the startup, that together with the data analysis team, it becomes possible to identify the main strengths and weaknesses of leadership in each organization
The program was developed based on the methodology adopted by the HRtech, including the 70-20-10 learning model, that considers the importance of practice and interactions with colleagues and mentors, beyond, of course, of formal learning: a combination of truly effective actions to prepare leaders for the challenge of managing the most diverse generations in the fast-changing business world
"We believe that the development of leaders is one of the fundamental pillars for the success of any organization". With the Talent Leadership Academy, we offer a complete and exclusive program that allows companies to have truly personalized leadership training, based on data, measurable and capable of transforming managers — even first-timers — in transformative leaders, suitable for the multiple challenges of the corporate world, ready to innovate and achieve results, affirmsMauricio Betti, CEO and Co-founder of Talent Academy
The Talent Academy program includes a series of stages. Among the main themes addressed are self-knowledge, self-leadership and self-management skills (such as self-discipline and coherence) as well as interpersonal and adaptive skills related to transformative leadership (such as communication and strategy), and other important topics on demand (such as D&I, mental health, ESG, generational conflict, AI and organizational transformation
The project includes 10 hours of workshops, 5 hours of group mentoring, 3 individual coaching sessions for each leader, completion certificate and a closing event. Furthermore, participants will have access to online tracks, with practical content and immediate application in the corporate environment. They will also have, the advisory support of one or more renowned partner experts in people management, such as Mariana Holanda (former Ambev and the first mental health director in Brazil), Anna Damico (BCG) and Maryana with a Y (TEDx speaker), escalated according to the client's needs
"We designed the project to provide a complete learning experience", aligned with market demands and considering best practices. Our goal is to contribute to the formation of leaders, capable of driving the growth of their followers and, consequently, of their respective corporations, highlightsRenata Betti, CGO and Co-founder of Talent Academy
