This week, Google Brazil officially announced the integration of Reclame AQUI reviews into its purchasing sector in the country. From now on, product and service ratings, which range from 1 to 5 stars, will also take into account users' opinions on the Reclame AQUI website.
This partnership between the two companies promises to increase consumer accuracy and confidence regarding the items displayed on Google Shopping. More than 250,000 reviews will be integrated into the search platform of the North American giant.
In practice, approximately 1,500 Brazilian retailers will be affected by the change. The collection of comments will be carried out by RA Reviews, with auditing by Reclame AQUI.
“Google helps Brazilian consumers have a more fluid, reliable and convenient shopping journey, offering products sold on the web in an increasingly better experience. With Reclame AQUI, we are offering more information and security to users of our platforms”, said Natacha Litvinov, head of Commerce Partnerships for Latin America at the company, through an official statement.
