REAG Investimentos S.A. announces that in 2024, it carried out a corporate reorganization, in which the operation, employees, platform, clients, and suppliers were transferred to GetNinjas LTDA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of REAG Investimentos S.A., with the aim of operating more efficiently. The transition had no impact on the services provided to clients and professionals on the platform, and the company remains focused on its mission to deliver clients a qualified and secure range of services.
As part of this reorganization process, the corporate name of GetNinjas S/A was changed to REAG Investimentos SA on December 30, 2024, and since January 10, 2025, this change was reflected in the ticker and company name on B3, with common shares being traded on the Novo Mercado under the ticker “REAG3” and the trading name “REAGINVEST”.
GetNinjas LTDA reinforces that none of these changes affect the operation of the platform or the services provided for 13 years, connecting customers and professionals in an agile and efficient manner.
