Srini most recently served as Director of Products at RingCentral, where it expanded the company's portfolio to generate additional revenue streams from new contact center solutions, cloud-based marketing and sales intelligence. Before that, as Senior Vice President of Product at Five9, he led the development of engagement and digital automation solutions with AI technology, including a platform for workflow automation, virtual agents and assistance tools for contact center agents. At the beginning of his career, Srini held strategy and product leadership positions at Cisco in the application software and collaboration business units.
