According to GarantePay's CFO, Robson Gass, the platform enables effective management of rental guarantees and helps increase the revenue of a real estate agency's partners by up to 157%.Today, on average, 75% of Brazilians cannot rent a property without traditional guarantees such as a guarantor, deposit, or rental insurance.GarantePay proposes a digital solution that eliminates intermediaries, allowing real estate agencies to open their own rental guarantee companies – a new business – and have full control of this operation and, consequently, an increase in their revenue," he concluded.
With more than 70,000 real estate agencies operating in Brazil, the company projects to reach 2,000 new memberships in the first year of operation. GarantePay allows real estate agencies to create their own rental guarantors without relying on banks or insurance companies.
