If, at the turn of the millennium, the internet revolutionized retail with the possibility of selling and buying online, now, a quarter of a century later, technology is once again driving the sector. With artificial intelligence, e-commerce gains new dimensions. It is possible, for example, to set up an online store with the entire customer service infrastructure in just 24 hours.
The one who explains is Irrah Tech's CMO, Miriã Plens. Based in the city of Cianorte, Paraná, one of the main hubs of the textile industry in Brazil, the technology solutions hub is the developer of the brands E-vendi, Kigi, and GPT Maker.E-vendi is a module of Kigi, an e-commerce platform native to the ERP system [management software]. And he has integration with GPT Maker, an artificial intelligence tool. This causes this AI to sell automatically.
"The customer service experience provided by the retailer using E-vendi is similar to that of a physical store, only automated and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week," highlights Miriã Plens."And the creation of the e-commerce by E-vendi takes around 24 hours, the average period in which the online store will be ready to start selling," he adds. The journey of the integrated system between E-vendi and the other two solutions is complete, affirms the executive of Irrah Tech. It covers inventory management, which allows for organizing, controlling, and generating reports; cash control for both physical and online stores; development of budgets with sales management and commissions; issuance of invoices; registration of users, clients, suppliers, and salespeople.
In this way, the e-commerce retailer can identify products with higher turnover, and thus adjust promotion strategies and identify sales trends. "Furthermore, operational and repetitive tasks become automated, with detailed reports generated for strategic business planning. The entrepreneur focuses on strategic actions," emphasizes Miriã Plens.
Specifically, the Kigi solution, of which E-vendi is native, is already used by 350 companies across the five regions of Brazil. "It's the technology enabling brands to focus on what truly matters: growth and business expansion, leaving the repetitive and operational work to artificial intelligence," emphasizes the CMO.
Irrah Tech has over 20 years of experience in the market. The origin of the hub dates back to 2004, at Grands Sistemas, founded by businessman César Baleco. In 2005, Miriã Plens and Diego Berteli joined the group, and in 2018, Mateus Miranda and Felipe Sabadini also became partners.
Irrah Tech is composed of five solutions. In addition to Kigi, E-vendi, and GPT Maker, the portfolio also includes Plug Chat (integration of multiple WhatsApp numbers) and Dispara Aí (WhatsApp automation). A sixth tool originally from the hub, Z-api, was incorporated by a U.S. holding company.
