A Clicknurse, a platform that connects healthcare institutions to a wide network of validated professionals, optimized the processes of Laboratório Labi, a reference in laboratory tests. Since the beginning of the partnership, there have been over 4,700 hours of shifts filled, with a 95% coverage rate at the República unit in São Paulo and 86% at the Curitiba unit in Paraná, in addition to an average application time of just two days.
The positive experience at Labi República led to the expansion of Clicknurse's operation to laboratory units in Curitiba and Piracicaba. Currently, more than 50% of on-call shifts are published at least 15 days in advance, reflecting proactive and strategic management.
