Invent Software, which completed 15 years in 2025, begins 2026 with a new strategic cycle by adopting a multi-ERP model, a movement that expands its market and supports its revenue projection of R$75 million this year — growth of around 50% compared to previously predicted. The strategy is accompanied by an investment cycle of R$12 million, aimed at product evolution and the go-to-market strategy.
Founded in 2010, the company develops tax, financial, contractual, human resources and foreign trade management solutions, acting as a complementary layer to company management systems. Currently, its technologies serve more than 27 thousand CNPJs and transact the equivalent of around 3% of Brazilian GDP per year, supporting large-scale and complex operations, such as McDonald's, Burger King, Palmeiras and Botafogo.
The decision to make the software independent of a specific ERP allows Invent's solutions to integrate with different systems already used by companies, without the need to replace the central system. With this, the company reduces dependence on a dominant supplier and positions itself as a one-stop-shop of corporate management solutions.
According to the CEO, Marcos Tadeu Jr., "our role is to ensure that companies of all sizes have access to a reliable management layer, integrated with their ERPs. This strategy expands our growth potential and creates a more solid foundation for international expansion."
The investments planned for 2026 will be aimed at strengthening the SaaS cloud architecture, expanding integrations, information security and the application of artificial intelligence in products and processes, such as the Tax Reform Simulator and the Invent AI platform.
The strategy also supports the company's international advancement. Currently, companies located in markets such as the United States, China, Mexico, Angola, Peru and Colombia already use Invent's solutions, many of them with operations or tax obligations in Brazil. The next step is to expand this presence, taking Brazilian expertise in tax and financial management abroad, supported by a multi-ERP and cloud architecture.
