A Blip, main conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform that connects brands and consumers on social apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, RCS and Apple, announced a $60 million round in Series C, led by SoftBank, with participation from Microsoft.
The funds raised will be used to accelerate Blip's international expansion and continue the development of new products, especially those who use AI. The company, that already has offices in Brazil, Mexico and Spain and serves clients in more than 32 countries, seeks to strengthen its presence in these regions and explore new markets, like the United States.

In the last few weeks, SoftBank announced significant initiatives in AI and with the investment in Blip, SoftBank's focus on AI initiatives gains even more momentum in Latin America.
