Bling offers live training and free courses to prepare entrepreneurs for Black Friday

Black Friday, recognized as the most significant date on the commercial calendar, requires retailers to prepare in advance to maximize their sales and face the competition. In this context, Bling, an ERP management platform owned by LWSA, offers a series of free courses to empower entrepreneurs for the period. The training tracks are already available and can be accessed on Bling Academy, the company's professional qualification course platform, aimed at small and medium entrepreneurs and those wishing to enter e-commerce.

The training tracks for Black Friday include courses on physical or virtual stores: how to reconcile multiple sales channels, taught by Lívia Vasconcellos, founder of Lojinha da Lívia. There is also the Launch Strategies module for E-commerce, with Letícia Vaz, CEO and founder of LV Store, Financial Management and Indicators, presented by Alan Carlos, Top Bling Specialist, and many others.

The Bling Academy also offers content on business management, finance, marketing, pricing, inventory, and logistics, as well as training focused on starting a business, issuing invoices, and how to sell on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shein, and Shopee, all available for free.

Entrepreneur must plan

According to Marcelo Navarini, general manager of Bling, preparation is a crucial step for the success of year-end sales. "Planning and strategy, as well as management, are important throughout a business's journey, but they are even more crucial during key seasonal periods in commerce, where sales increase and the environment is more competitive. The retailer who does not plan ends up incurring losses," he states.

Navarini even advises the most experienced shopkeepers to update themselves through courses as a way to prepare for Black Friday. "It's a time to acquire knowledge, review the mistakes from last Black Friday, and prepare for the next sales season. The courses are very helpful in this preparation and strategy renewal," he highlights. The courses are accessible to anyone interested, regardless of whether they already use Bling as their ERP system, and can be taken on mobile devices or computers. To participate, just register on the website of theBling Academy.

Last year, Black Friday generated approximately R$ 5.7 billion in sales in Brazil, according to Neotrust and ClearSale. The categories that stood out the most included electronics, fashion, and beauty, with many stores offering aggressive promotions to attract consumers. The trend of shopping through mobile devices also contributed significantly to this increase.
