The Leveros Group, specialized in climate control solutions, projects a 15% increase in shipment volume during Black Friday compared to the same period last year. Between November 27 and December 3, the company's expectation is to ship more than 27,000 volumes. Beyond the commercial occasion, the company has been making investments in the logistics area, focusing on technology and infrastructure, to ensure fast deliveries and a better customer experience.
According to Alessandro Santos, Executive Manager of Commercial Intelligence and Marketing at Grupo Leveros, freight has become a decisive factor in the online shopping experience. "The value and speed of delivery can directly influence the customer's choice, and our great challenge is to further elevate the level of service by offering different shipping options with fair and affordable prices."
To ensure the best consumer experience, the company has sought to expand the coverage of express services, which currently serve São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and make deliveries in one day.
In addition, other measures to meet the seasonal demand of Black Friday have already been implemented, such as reinforcing shifts to increase service capacity on busiest days and optimizing operations to increase the number of volumes processed per hour, ensuring agility in delivery.
Logistics efficiency
Logistics is a core area for the Leveros Group. As a result of the company's efforts in the area, in 2024, deliveries were made in 81% of the country's municipalities, serving all 26 states and the Federal District. In total numbers, more than 558 thousand volumes were shipped.
To ensure the supply of its distribution centers and the availability of stocks, Leveros mobilized more than 4,700 vehicles, including road trains, trucks, double trailers, stubs, containers and trailers.
