The Leveros Group, specialized in climate control solutions, projects a 15% increase in the volume of shipments during Black Friday compared to the same period last year. Between November 27 and December 3, the company's expectation is to ship more than 27 thousand volumes. Beyond the commercial occasion, the company has already been making investments in the logistics area, focusing on technology and infrastructure, to ensure fast deliveries and a better consumer experience
According to Alessandro Santos, executive manager of Commercial Intelligence and Marketing of the Leveros Group, shipping has become a decisive factor in the online shopping experience. The value and speed of delivery can directly influence the customer's choice, and our great challenge is to further raise the level of service, offering different shipping options at fair and affordable prices ⁇
To ensure the best experience for the consumer, the company has been seeking to expand the coverage of express modalities, that currently serves São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and makes deliveries in one day
Furthermore, other measures to meet the seasonal demand of Black Friday have already been implemented such as increasing shifts to enhance service capacity on busier days and optimizing operations to increase the number of packages processed per hour, ensuring agility in delivery
Logistics efficiency
Logistics is a central area for the Leveros Group. As a result of the company's efforts in the area, in 2024, deliveries were made in 81% of the municipalities in the country, serving all 26 states and the Federal District. In total numbers, more than 558 thousand volumes dispatched.
To ensure the supply of its distribution centers and the availability of stocks, Leveros mobilized more than 4.700 vehicles, between rodotrens, trucks, bitrens, tocos, containers and trailers
