According to Atomic Group founder and CEO Filipe Bento, this is the organization's first M&A (mergers and acquisitions) move. With this acquisition and incorporation, the group expects to achieve "seven-digit revenue multiples in the next two years, in addition to increasing LigAPI's valuation."
LigAPI is a systems integration startup that uses a Low Code tool (a software development technique that uses a minimum amount of code). It is based in Palhoça, Greater Florianópolis. It was founded in 2022 by Jonas Kreling, the company's CEO.
According to Filipe Bento, the synergy with the entrepreneur's principles and values, the product's alignment with Atomic's customer and partner base, as well as the group's strategy of working with various integrated software programs, were the factors that led to the acquisition decision.
